Hi all, Just a quick question partly related to my last post to the list.
When raising fry you should try not to change the water chemistry right?
well, would changing the chemistry of the water (even if slightly) at the
egg stage effect the hatching process and therefore overall success.

Eggs are shipped all over the world and most of them manage to hatch. I don't
think it's as important when they are eggs, it is when they are first swimming
that minor changes, ie temperature can cause you to lose a lot of them.
