Hi Dennis,

Heading for summer in Queensland you can try just about anything. Put some
plants in, or shade part of the tub, so the fish have somewhere to get out
of the sun, because they cook in direct sun in mid summer just as we do, and
with good water conditions most native species will just do what comes
naturally.

It is really only in the cooler months that some of the lowland tropical
species will struggle outdoors in South Queensland.
