I have a copy of the Regulations and cant find anything disallowing the
collections of them, but I guess that's what it means. I think it was put in
there to cover all the fish that are and have been in captivity for many,
many, years???
I think some commercial breeders may have permits to breed honeys and I've
been told that there has been a number of them sent to Frankfurt, Germany
for sale in the aquarium hobby.
Or maybe the collecting side is cover elsewhere, which I think it is, in
that you need a permit to collect "any" freshwater fishes from the wild.
