Chris:
I am using light timers(5) for all my flourescent lamps(7), as you can
tell two are doubled up. The flo. lamps that have the starters that you
can change, never worked on a timer for me. When I had a mini-reef
system set up I even ran all my pumps and filters on a timer to shut off
when the feeder(auto too) feed in the morning. Then in 20 min. the
pumps and filter came back on. The lamps that have three prong plug I
use and adapter on, to make them work on two prong timers. I now find
timers at Home Depot that can take a three prong plug now. Jim C.
