1. You may took the high end of the load with the first hand and by the
time you(foolishy?) put the other hand in (to get the rest of your hair
standing??).
2. There products on the market about US$15.00 that you put into the
tank to take the builded up charge out of your tank.
3. stick your hand in another day and you may see another build up.
4. Why would one put their hand back into the fire ?
All my tsnks have the thing(lack of the right name) in there I too.
Many years ago I tried the two hand test on a busted heater and metal
stand, no fun. Been there, done that(only one hand was enough).
I am sure the heavy elec. tech. can tell us alot more, good luck.
