Much of the speed in ic's has to due with improving the manufacturing
process to reduce the capacitance inside the chip. They're then tested
for speed and marked. You might get lucky and be able to speed them up
but then you might have one on the hairy edge of speed it is marked.
With the small increments in pentium speeds I would expect they've
tested them very close to their rated speed.
