I hope this message is heading the right way in the void of the
internet. I have a couple of questions
1. is the Bedotia geayi(Madagascar Rainbowfish) a real Rainbowfish? It
is not listed in Dr. G. R. Allen's book "Rainbowfishes,...".
2. My Glossolepis incisus (Red Rainbowfish) has great color and they are
in a tank with soft low PH water and acting like (the Male) they are
getting ready to do the egg thing in the plants. One of my books says
higher PH and hard water. Should they be moved to another tank set up
or should I have the fish read this book too?
3. The Tampa Bay Aquarium Society(Tampa, Florida, USA) is about to have
their annual show, there is a non-sanctioned Rainbowfish division. How
do we get sanctioned for next year?
I will be joining the ANGFA of N.A. and the study group as soon as I can
budget them into my living expense.
Jim Capelle in sunny Florida in the mid 70's--You people up north that
are not Snowbirds, do not beleave a thing I(behind the curtain) say,
we've got rain, wind, locust, plague, Rednecks wih guns and bad ways.
Just 66 more days until Snowbird season ends, and then we can drive at
our normal speeds(which is at the posted speed limit not 10 or 20mph
slower)
