First It is Roy-Boy giving us accent lessons, now Chris is off on the
language kick. Next we will have our friend Harro picking out the words of
German origin - English (NB not American) is the most cosmopolitan
language around, even if it is not the most widely spoken one.
BTW Roy is the Rado of Colorado from the red soil, or the Red Indians or
sunburn or something ;-) Obviously the Americans get their spelling from
the Spanish not the English, especially the ones from Colorado ;-)
Strangely many of the multi-lingual instructions on packages here actually
assume that folks will recognise their own language and don't include
titles like German, French etc but then we don't have too many yanks trying
to figure out which language written English reminds them of :-)
