Hi Chen

Yes, in a pinch I have successfully used the microfood (fine dry powder)
along w/ frozen BS and had very good success. I definitely recommend
snails in this tank once all the eggs have hatched, as there is often more
"waste" on the bottom this way. Probably because hte stuff sinks so fast??
I also add crushed flake foods as soon as the fry are large enough.

What can I say, I like to use variety rather than the sameoldsameold. ;)
