I'm happy to blame the Brits too ( onle we call them Poms here) - wherever
they have colonised they have left a legacy of paradoxical mixtures of
order and chaos. They also have a great track record with introduction of
feral pest species such as rabbits, foxes, trout etc
As far as MSE is concerned the expletives you quoted seem entirely
appropriate to me.
